I knew Lee since we were about 5 years old. He was shy, very kind and already quite a horseman. His dad had him in the saddle early. When we were teenagers I kept my horse at his house. I lost track of him after graduation, but I know he and his wife Maxine had several children and am sure he was the best grandfather in the world.
